Michael W.P. Boyle Michael Boyle was born in 1954 and, after moving in early childhood, was raised and attended school in Langley, British Columbia. He received his bachelor of laws (LL.B.) from University of British Columbia in 1977 and entered private practice in Langley. He left that practice in 1980 to return to University of British Columbia where he completed a Master of Business Administration degree in 1982. After obtaining his MBA, Michael entered corporate practice with Trans Mountain Pipeline Company Ltd., later Terasen Pipelines Inc. and became associate general counsel of that organization. He left Terasen after it was acquired by Kinder Morgan Inc. of Houston, Texas and joined Cascade Law Corporation in January 2007. Michael is married with two children and now lives in White Rock. He is a former minor hockey coach and served as vice-chair of the board of Peace Arch Hospital.
